Guests staying in either of our luxury rooms are entitled to full use of both the guest dining room and lounge. The latter is a lovely room with huge deep shuttered windows and an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture, with a flat-screen television, stereo and large, feather upholstered sofa and armchairs. Enjoy a cup of tea and home-made biscuits or cake when you arrive - with our compliments.

Room One
£70 per night, when booked directly

A luxury en-suite double room with Victorian brass bed, original shutters and ornate coving. This comfortable room has a double aspect over beautiful countryside. The en-suite bathroom is spacious - just the place to relax and unwind in the roll top bath with a glass of wine. The bed is made up with an over-sized feather duvet and continental pillows. There are plenty of books and a flat-screen t.v. You will also find a tin of biscuits, coffee, herbal tea, hot chocolate and mineral water. This room is available from £70.00 per night, with breakfast included.

Room Two
£65 per night, when booked directly

This is a double room with private shower - individual in character - the shower (just a short hop across the hall) is powerful and double sized - plenty of thick towels warming by the radiator. Fluffy gowns are provided and the bedroom is very comfortable with an original Victorian fireplace and servants' bell (no longer connected). There's even a hot water bottle for those chilly Scottish nights. Books and flat-screen t.v. as you would expect. A tray of goodies supplied - gaze out over the garden and hills and soak up the peace! Room Two is available from £65.00 per night including breakfast.
